Eye-Fi users with a free flickr account who upload video or have reached their free photo upload limits will see the following error message in the Eye-Fi Manager .

“ROLL UPLOAD ERRORS The account associated requires an upgrade for the upload to succeed.”

Because of the flickr API being used, Eye-Fi users with a free flickr account cannot upload video but can upload photos per the free flickr account limits.  Specific information about flickr accounts and upload quotas can be found on the flickr Accounts FAQ.
